For solo runs, Rhino is hands-down the best warframe to choose, Usually I use Nidus since it is very hard for him to surprise-die as it is a bit common on the index. But I wouldnt recomend since he is impossible to kill, that "let AnyoCorp kill you" tactic won't work very well.
Never under estimate using shield disruption in the index. When enemies start hitting level 200 and up on longer runs it’s godly. And even at starting levels a few people running it and coaction drift is amazing. And Mesanot much of an index guide even for beginners if you’re not mentioning Mesa.
The overall best warframe for index is rhino. He doesn't care when his health reaches low values because of iron skin. One iron skin cast at the start of the match will often last the whole match if you don't facetank everything. He also doesn't care about the energy loss as you don't need to cast anything after the initial iron skin. SenariousNex 860. Chroma is the strongest frame in the game and Telos Boltace is the strongest weapon bar none. Venka Prime (probably) is more optimal vs LVL 500+ enemies.on 2 hours + survivals when you reach high enough combo multiplier.
